JeMM Consultants Receives Accreditation from Emploi Québec
In fall 2005, JeMM Consultants became an accredited training organization with respect to Bill 90, The Act to Foster the Development of Manpower Training. Since its new status, JeMM's training consultants have been helping small to medium size businesses in the Montreal area to maximize their investment in training by leveraging existing government programs to satisfy training requirements under this act.
The Act to Foster the Development of Manpower Training is intended to improve the qualifications, skills and performance of workers through continuing education.
Quebec employers whose total payroll is $1,000,000 or more must invest at least 1% of the total payroll in employee training. Your organization may be eligible to receive a government subsidy for its training initiatives.
